Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://chacolandscape.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Chaco Landscape markets and arranges Irrigation Installation, Patio Installation, Yard Maintenance, Tree Trimming, Sprinkler System Installation. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://chacolandscape.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Chaco Landscape or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. Chaco Landscape may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chaco Landscape makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Chaco Landscape arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Chaco Landscape harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of SC, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in SC.

Modifications. Chaco Landscape may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
